Welcome to Siqu (the "Service"). By installing or using this application, you agree to the terms set forth below. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.
This Agreement governs your access to and use of Siqu. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Siqu. By using Siqu you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
Siqu Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Siqu on Apple mobile devices that you personally own or control, solely for your own non-commercial use.
Siqu lets you import photos from your device library. All imported photos remain on your device; Siqu does not upload or share your photos with any external server.
Siqu coins are digital credits that unlock advanced rendering features. Coins have no monetary value outside of Siqu, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-refundable. Unused coins may be forfeited if your account is terminated.
Purchases of Siqu coins are processed through Apple's App Store. Refunds are governed by Apple's refund policy. Siqu Studio cannot issue direct refunds for App Store transactions.
Siqu is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranty of any kind. Siqu Studio disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Siqu Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Siqu at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, the license granted to you under this Agreement automatically ends.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Siqu Studio is organized, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
