Siqu Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Siqu ("we", "us") handles information when you use the Siqu application.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

Siqu does not collect, upload, or store your photos, microphone recordings, or device motion data on any remote server. Microphone input is processed only in real time to drive the wind simulation. Photos remain on your device at all times.

2. Information Stored Locally

Siqu saves the following entirely on-device using the operating system's local storage:

• Thumbnails of photos that you have added to the Dunes gallery.
• Your current Siqu coin balance and a ledger of balance changes.
• Wind-session summaries (peak decibel, dispersion percentage).
• Launch-gate acknowledgements for the network prompt and ATT result.

3. Permissions

• Microphone — used to measure ambient volume and translate it into a wind vector. Audio data is never persisted.
• Camera — may be used if you elect to capture a new photo for Siqu.
• Photo Library — used to import existing photos into the Dunes gallery.
• App Tracking Transparency — used only for ad attribution; your response is respected across the app.

4. In-App Purchases

Purchases of Siqu coins are processed by Apple. Apple may collect purchase metadata under its own privacy policy. Siqu does not receive or store your App Store credentials.

5. Analytics and Advertising

Siqu does not integrate third-party advertising SDKs and does not perform remote analytics. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and request your consent where required.

6. Children's Privacy

Siqu is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact support@siqu-app.com.

7. Data Retention

On-device data is retained until you delete the individual record, uninstall the app, or clear its storage through iOS system settings.

8. Your Choices

• You can revoke microphone, camera, or photo-library access at any time from iOS Settings.
• You can delete any dune from the Dunes gallery using the trash icon on each card.
• You can reset the entire app by deleting and reinstalling it.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted within the app. Continued use of Siqu after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
